Mr. Semujju Yusuf leads Transom Engineering, overseeing investor relations, capital sourcing, and strategic partnerships. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and brings over 12 years of experience in the IT sector. He previously served as CEO/Director of Royal Embassy Computer and Information Centre Limited.
A senior lawyer with 17 years of experience, Mr. Simon Peter has worked with prominent law firms including Tumwebaze, Kasirye & Company Advocates. He provides legal guidance and ensures compliance with both private and public sector regulations.
As a civil engineer and Secretary General of Transom Engineering Limited, Mr. Mbayo Simon plays a key role in operational management and technical oversight.
